Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
- International Orders: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Promotional free shipping offers may apply on qualifying orders.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order. Sisu Skin Science is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- Items marked as final sale or promotional items are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
- Promotional or complimentary products

Refunds

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
